Commercial and Other Non-Residential Construction Services:

• Outreach Programs: Non-residential construction companies have to be very strategic about who they outreach to, why, and how they approach it. Reviewing current and past efforts reveals what is and is not working, providing opportunities for us to create a program specific to your company’s needs. We will then execute and refine the program to build your database and meet your project goals.

• Diversity Program Implementation: The growing trend that is here to stay is diversity and inclusion! It is affecting who you work with and how you work with them. It is also becoming a way that the community decides if you are a good company. Diversity is about accountability! How do you track diversity in all stages of a project, how is diversity implemented and tracked throughout your company?

• Brand Analysis: What do you think your brand is? How do others define your brand? We will review all of your out-bound communications–including traditional marketing and submitting bid proposals to identify your strengths and weaknesses to compile actionable strategies for improving their results.

• Culture Analysis: Day to day business affairs and communication affect how employees do their job, job satisfaction, and your bottom-line. We will review how decisions are made, how relevant information is communicated, how challenges are handled, and compile actionable strategies for improving your bottom-line.

• Social Media Strategy: Is social media right for your company? If so, how do you utilize it to get business or to improve communication with your employees? We will review your current marketing, educate about social media, and establish a strategy that is right for your business.

• Social Media Execution: There is more to social media than just creating Facebook and Twitter accounts. Your employees need to learn how to use the tools to improve communication with employees, subs and the community. What should you talk about and who should you be talking to?

Residential Construction Services:

• Customer Experience Analysis: Residential construction deals with a temporary ‘marriage’ to clients. Reviewing and establishing a process of communication with the customer, management and the team in the field keeps everyone informed about the project’s status and keeps communication open creating loyal customers.
