Pink Construction is a series of interviews that I have conducted to unveil the realities of being a woman in a male-dominated industry. The women featured have been there, done that and are now sharing their stories and advice to the public and the next generation of women entering the field. These women have revealed the challenges, emotions and lessons learned from being a minority.
My hope is that this series will inspire more women to enter the construction industry as well as open the door to making construction more a more diverse industry, including women, minorities as well as the disadvantaged.
